Purchase & Fulfillment Policy

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided.
Please review your order details, size selection, and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@livelierclo.com. Once an order has entered processing or production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will contact you with the available options.
Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of LIVELIER’s control.
